On an appearance on Jay Leno many months back, Miley Cyrus advised Justin Bieber, who seemed to run into trouble every time he leaves his house, to a buy a house with a night club. "you have a lot of money…buy a house with a night club.” Miley said. Well, Justin has taken that advice.
