Niger Delta students are being de-listed from foreign universities – IYC

Hmmmm....Authorities of foreign universities have started delisting Niger Delta students on Federal Gov ernment scholarship abroad over the failure of government to pay their fees.
This was disclosed by the President, Ijaw Youth Council Worldwide, Mr. Udengs Eradiri, who raised the alarm over the plight of over 6,000 Niger Delta students on Federal Government’s scholarships in some foreign universities.

Medical Consultants Flay Resident Doctors’ Strike

Decrying the fact that hospitals have been operating bellow capacity for weeks due to National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) resort to industrial action, National President of MDCAN, Dr. Steve Oluwole, said striking doctors had also ignored the directive of the National Medical Association (NMA) to return to work.

Thought Ebola is gone forever....Liberia has been hit with a fresh case of Ebola. According to the Liberian Deputy Health Minister, Tolbert Nyensuah, a 19 year old man died of the deadly virus. And they are saying it's possible he infected close friends or relatives before he died.

"A new case of Ebola has been reported in Margibi County. The person has died and was confirmed positive before death. He has been buried" Nyensuah said

Economic Council accuses NNPC of spending N3.8tn in three years without approval

This was as it explained that whereas the state oil corporation claimed to have earned N8.1 trillion from 2012 to May 2015, what it paid into the Federation Account was N4.3 trillion.

Tunisian policeman reveals how he finally killed beach gunman

Hmmm....A Tunisian police officer has revealed how he put 'two bullets' in the ISIS assassin to end his slaughter of holidaymakers lounging on a tourist beach.

The policeman, who wished to keep his identity secret, said he shot the murderer Seifeddine Rezgui following his 25-minute rampage. He spotted the gunman while he was praying in a side street and shot the 23-year-old aviation student, who was armed with an assault rifle and grenades.
