Accreditation and voting commenced at 9:30 a.m. and concluded at 3:30 p.m.
There following positions were not contested.

3. Deputy Secretary
4. Treasurer
5. Welfare/Social Secretary
The contested positions were:
1. Chairman
2. Financial Secretary
3. Publicity Secretary
Representatives of the contestants were admitted into the venue and were allowed to observe the voting process throughout the exercise.
At 3:30 p.m., voting ended and the counting of votes commenced.
