IS IT PROPER TO BE WALKING NAKED ON THE ROAD ?

Na wa oooo......A Cambodian Facebook user posted a few pictures of a man walking along the street in Siem Reap town after the rain. According to him, the man was asking where the police were and was walking across the rock bridge, a busy area in the city, where police have always been seen at the other end of the bridge waiting to pull over people who disobey the traffic law.
