**Report on the Just-Concluded Medical Outreach at Ogwashi-Uku** on 24th and 25th January, 2026


The just-concluded medical outreach at **Ogwashi-Uku, Aniocha South Local Government Area**, organized by **OMIWA Foundation USA**, was an outstanding success and a true testament to humanitarian service and community-centered healthcare. The outreach recorded an overwhelming turnout, as residents of Ogwashi-Uku and surrounding communities turned up *en masse* to access quality medical care.




From the early hours of the day, the venue was filled with people of all ages, reflecting the deep trust and confidence the community has in **OMIWA Foundation USA** and its medical mission. The atmosphere was one of hope, gratitude, and unity as beneficiaries patiently received care.


A wide range of free medical services were provided, including general medical consultations, blood pressure and blood sugar checks, health education, medical counseling, and distribution of essential medications. Several undiagnosed conditions were identified early, and appropriate medical advice, treatment, and referrals were given, further emphasizing the importance of preventive and accessible healthcare.


The medical team, under the banner of **OMIWA Foundation USA**, worked tirelessly with professionalism, compassion, and dedication, ensuring that every patient was attended to with respect and dignity. The smooth coordination and commitment displayed throughout the outreach contributed greatly to its success.




Community leaders and beneficiaries expressed deep appreciation to **OMIWA Foundation USA**, describing the outreach as timely, impactful, and life-changing. Many noted that the program brought quality healthcare directly to the people, particularly the vulnerable and underserved.

WHAT IS ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION

 


Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

Erectile dysfunction is the persistent inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance. It is common and treatable, especially when the underlying cause is identified.
