WHAT IS LOW SPERM COUNT?
Low sperm count, also called oligospermia, is a condition in which a man has fewer sperm than normal in his semen, making it difficult to achieve pregnancy.
A normal sperm count is 15 million sperm per millilitre or more. Anything below this may reduce fertility.
