Edo election: Wike, Fintiri lead battle for Obaseki’s reelection

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has appointed Governor Nyesome Wike as the Chairman of Edo State Governorship Election National Campaign Council.

The party announced this in a Tweet on Friday.

It also appointed Governor Ahmadu Fintiri as the deputy chairman.
“The @OfficialPDPNig NWC has appointed the Governor of Rivers State, H. E. Chief @NyesomWlKE as the Chairman of Edo State Governorship Election National Campaign Council.
“The deputy chairman is Adamawa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Fintiri.”
