hehehehe......The Senate today confirmed the nomination of Professor Stephen Okani
Ocheni and Suleiman Zarma Hassan from Kogi and Gombe States respectively
as Ministers. President Buhari had in March forwarded their names for
screening and confimation.
While Hassan is expected to take over the ministerial
slot of former Minister of the Environment, Amina Mohammed who is now
the new UN Deputy Secretary-General, Ocheni will be taking over the slot
of late James Ocholi, former Minister of state for Labor, who died in a
fatal accident in March 2016.
