na wa ooo.......Another unidentified man has been beheaded and his body dumped along NTA road in Port Harcourt, the Rivers state capital. This sad incident comes nine days after a yet to be identified man was beheaded and his body dumped by the road side at Rumuosi junction behind Anglican church in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.
