The Sit-at-home order directed by the Indigenous People of
Biafra, IPOB ,wasn't fully obeyed by many residents living and doing
business in Umuahia, the Abia State capital.
As you can see from the pictures, there are visible signs
of commercial activities in some areas and the roads are busy with

The residents
of the different states are scared of coming out to engage in their
lawful activities for fear of being attacked by the IPOB members.
The
different south east governors and the police have issued statements
assuring the residents of the different states to go about their lawful
businesses as there would be maximum security provided for them.
