Hehehe....President Muhammadu Buhari's official spokesman Garba Shehu in a series of tweets has explained that president Buahri isn't concerned or behind the arrest of a trader, Joe Chinakwe, who was accused of causing breach of public peace for naming his dog "Buhari" in Ogun State.
