CAN YOU IMAGINE.......Kits for Nigerian athletes arrive three days before end of 2016 Olympics

Two athletes competing for Nigeria at this year’s Olympics, have revealed that their kits only arrived on Thursday, three days before the end of the Games.
One of the two unnamed athletes, told the BBC, that they were “disappointed and embarrassed” about the issue.


Recall Team Nigeria marched with tracksuits at the opening ceremony of the Games, because the official kits did not arrive in Rio on time.

This follows a trend set by the men’s football team, the Dream Team VI, who touched down in Manaus, Brazil just seven hours before their opening game against Japan.
