The guy who goes by the name @I'malwaysup on Instagram said he was feeling sick so decided to go do a test and was told he had HIV positive. He took to instagram to apologize to people he's slept with without protection and asked them to go test themselves. please if you slept with him..do your HIV test too..hehehe
