Chai...PHCN staff electrocuted in Asaba, Delta state

This unfortunate incident happened yesterday at 7pm in Asaba, Delta state. According to eyewitnesses, the PHCN guy went up the electric pole without gloves to reconnect a personal client and got electrocuted.
