Paul Okoye and Jude Okoye are building new mansions in Parkview, Ikoyi, and this was given off in photos they shared on their Instagram pages.
With this new move, it seems the brothers have decided to stop living close to Peter Okoye in their Ikoyi semi-detached mansions, which has just a wall demarcating each brother’s bunk. Paul Okoye and Jude Okoye also hinted on hoping to conclude the building project by next year.
Jude Okoye who shared a photo of himself at a construction site, wrote;
Happy new month everyone
Paul Okoye on the other hand wrote;
By the special grace of God 😎 next year!! 🏠🏡 this is my wish for everybody… #doubledouble blessings #mansion #ikoyi #parkview 🔥🚒 another one ….. 🙏 ….. meanwhile link on my bio ❤️😁
Recall that the twins put up their Omole mansion up for sale last year. The mansion is a symbolic and historic structure for the Okoye brothers, because it signifies the beginning of the singers’ fame and fortune in the Nigerian music scene.
When Psquare moved into the mansion in 2010, Peter was quoted saying, “getting a land in Omole Estate (Ikeja, Lagos) alone is N100m. When you look at the house, especially the finishing, it is over $2million. When people speculated that the house was worth N300 million, we had not even finished the interior. What do you think is the? It’s far more than the speculated N300 million.”
The brothers have several other properties in Lekki Phase One, Parkview Estate, Ikoyi, Atlanta Georgia and other choice locations.
