Mark Zuckerberg has a lot of Facebook friends, 95 million and counting, but for those who want to unfriend the tech billionaire, it can be a little more difficult than becoming his mate.
It turns out that blocking the Facebook founder on the social network he created is actually impossible, you can’t do it.
Hehehe......Facebook allows you to block people who are annoying or threatening.
However, it’s emerged that Zuck’s own page can’t be blocked – because so many people have tried to silence him already.
The social network spoke out after being asked if this was due to a bug.
“This error isn’t specific to any one account,” a Facebook spokesperson told The Guardian.
“It’s generated when a person has been blocked a certain large number of times. In very rare instances, a viral campaign will develop instructing lots of people to all wrongly block the same person.Several people have tried to block Zuck and were met with the words: “This profile can’t be blocked for now.”
“The purpose of this system is to protect the experience for people targeted by these campaigns. We’re constantly working to improve our systems and are taking a closer look at this one.”
