Hehehe....President Muhammadu Buhari has sacked all the permanent secretaries in the federal civil service.A presidential source confirmed this to TheCable.The ouster of the officials is coming ahead of Wednesday’s expected swearing-in of new ministers.Ministers and permanent secretaries usually clash over policies and running of their respective ministries, department and agencies.
