The charts below are the sectorial
indices trading range of the NSE, representing sectors and
industries for effective reading and analysing
of the market's performance on sector by sector basis. As you can see, one of
the five sectoral indices are trading above the 50-day moving average, while others are trading below the moving averages. The sector above 50DMA is NSE Insurance, while
NSE Banking, NSE Industrial Goods, NSE Consumer Goods and NSE OIL/Gas are below
the 50 DMA at the end of last week trading as revealed on the chart. The more sectors trading below the 50-day
moving average is an indication of down trend and weak market. As most sectors
have entered into its over sold region it’s expected that reversal is imminent
with huge upside potential when it bounces back.
