On this World AIDS Day, the Nigerian Association of Government Medical and Dental Practitioners (NAGGMDP), Delta State, joins the global community in reaffirming our commitment to ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic, supporting those living with the condition, and honouring the lives lost over the years.

This year’s theme reminds us that progress is only possible when equity, access, and compassion guide our actions. In Delta State, we continue to witness remarkable improvements in HIV awareness, testing, treatment, and community support. Yet, our mission is far from over.

As NAGGMDP, Delta State, we pledge to:

Advocate for equitable access to quality HIV prevention, testing, and treatment services.

Promote continuous public education to eliminate stigma and discrimination.

Support policies that strengthen healthcare systems and empower communities.

Encourage regular testing as a pathway to early detection and healthier living.

Work with government, NGOs, and partners to sustain the fight against HIV/AIDS.

NAGGMDP, Delta State remains committed to a healthier Delta and a stronger Nigeria.
