OBI-TUARY IS TRENDING......NOT FUNNY ANYMORE....HE CALLED PETER OBI OBI-TUARY

Someone wrote on Twitter
From what I considered a serious issue initially, tis Obi-tuary thing is now providing a huge comic relief in our tense political space. A man writes an article, den many supporters of PO disagreed wit him. Next d guy's Obituary posters are all over d place. I can't stop laughing!
If anything happens to Mr. Peter Obi, this bigot has explanations to give because he knows so much. How else do you explain that a man tags Mr. Peter Obi's picture on the front page of a news paper with the word 'Obi-tuary'? The attention of NPF and DSS should be drawn to this.

After boldly writing an article about H.E @PeterObi and calling it Obi-tuary. You are coming to cry on Twitter. Our elders say "do not bite more than you can chew" . Peter Obi supporters will not be bullied by any coward like you.  We are only simply wishing you the same fate.

Sam Omatseye, your re-labeling of #Obidients as "Obi-tuary" was an unjust codification. As a journalist, you should understand the consequences of undue framing and nomination. @PeterObi was not consulted when you chose to ink the absurd article. You drew first blood.

Now you’re addressing him as “Mr Peter Obi”, but you headlined your biased and prejudiced article “Obi-tuary” to unduly trigger his supporters.
Is “Obi-tuary” supposed to mean “Happy Birthday” ?!
That’s a death wish.

Sam Omatseye’s use of Obi-tuary in an article is counter-productive. You are allowed to criticise political candidates but this is extreme. Obituaries, Obi-tuary and other derogatory labels should not be part of anyone’s campaign strategy. You can win with clean messaging.   Watch this video about this issue on ARISE TV
