Bayo Adeyinka told the story of a driver who worked at the bank where he worked. The driver is Biliaminu Lawal.
He said that Mr Lawal was humble and referred to everyone as "Oga mi" (my boss). Lawal, a widower, single-handedly raised his three children and was able to send them to school.
Bayo said he got to find out that Lawal, a driver with a meagre monthly salary, owns a home of his own. This shocked him as he didn't have his own house though he earned way more than Lawal.
He said he began observing Lawal's life and learnt lessons on personal finance.
Read his thread detailing what he learnt from Lawal below.
