Bala Mohammed, the Bauchi state governor has appealed to Nigerians to take the novel Coronavirus seriously. He said this from the isolation center where he is being kept after testing positive to for the virus.
Responding to a tweet by former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, Bala wrote;
Thank you very much, my brother, @YakubDogara, for your care and concern. I am doing great and showing no symptoms. I have also advised fellow compatriots to take this pandemic seriously and strictly adhere to @NCDCgov guidelines. I cherish your support and prayers.
