Nigeria's President has sacked two top directors of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency.
President Muhammadu Buhari has sacked two Executive Directors of
the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) and
appointed three new ones, according to TheNation.
The report further revealed that sack of Rotimi Fasakin (Executive
Director Operations) and Gambo Ahmed (Executive Director, Maritime
Labour and Cabotage Services) came following the recent appointment of
Dr. Bashir Jamoh as new Director General of the agency.
Sources hinted that a former Delta Speaker, Victor Ochei, will take
over from Ahmed as the new Executive Director of Maritime Labour and
Cabotage Services.
