1). Legendary actress and singer, Doris Day
was a multi-talented American movie star best known for her role in the
film, “Pillow Talk”, for which she was nominated for the Academy Award
for Best Actress.
Apart from acting, Day was also an accomplished singer achieving
commercial success in 1945 with two No. 1 recordings, “Sentimental
Journey” and “My Dreams Are Getting Better All the Time” with Les Brown
& His Band of Renown.
She was born on April 3, 1922 and died on May 13, 2019 as a result of Pneumonia at the age of 97.
2). John Singleton was an American film director, screenwriter, and
producer before his death at the age of 51 after suffering a stroke and
was placed under intensive care.
He died on April 28th, 2019. Born on the 6th of January, 1968,
Singleton died as the youngest person and African-American man to be
nominated for a Best Directing Oscar for the film, “Boyz n the Hood” at
the age of 24.
3). Luke Perry was a popular American teen idol who starred as
Dylan McKay on the TV series Beverly Hills, 90210 from 1990 to 1995, and
again from 1998 to 2000. He was also known for his role in films such
as: “The Simpsons, Will & Grace”, “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, “The
Fifth Element and The Griddle House”.
He also starred as Fred Andrews on the CW series “Riverdale”, had
guest roles on notable shows such as “Criminal Minds, Law & Order:
Special Victims Unit”.
Born on the 11th of October, 1966, Perry died on the 4th of March
2019 at the age of 52 after suffering a massive stroke at his home in
Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles.
4). Mya-Lecia Naylor was a beautiful television star known for her
roles in the CBBC sitcom “Millie Inbetween” and Mya in the CBBC series
“Almost Never”.
She was born on the 6th November, 2002. She died at the age of 16.
The BBC children’s TV star was also a singer and model before her sad
death.
According to her agents A&J Management, Naylor died on 7th April, 2019 after collapsing.
5). Peter Mayhew was born on the 19th May 1944 and died on the 30th
April 2019. He is best known for the role he played in “Star Wars” film
series.
The actor died at the age of 74 after suffering a heart attack at his home in Boyd, Texas.
6). Nadja Regin
also known as Bond Girl gained international acclaim as an actress
after appearing in two James Bond movies – “From Russia with Love” and
“Goldfinger””.
She also appeared in British TV series like “Danger Man”, “Maigret”, “The Benny Hill Show” and “The Saint”.
Born on 2nd December 1931, the Serbian actress died on the 6 April 2019 at the age of 87.
7). Tania Mallet was an English actress best known for playing the
role of Tilly Masterson in the James Bond film “Goldfinger”. She died at
the age of 77 on 30th March 2019.
She was born on the 19th of May, 1941, to a Russian mother and an English Father who was a millionaire salesman.
8). Katherine Helmond enjoyed over 50 years acting career before
her death on February 23rd, 2019. She starred in many films, however her
acting roles in “Soap” and “Who’s the Boss?” made her famous.
She is the voice behind Lizzie in the Cars film trilogy by Disney/Pixar between 2006 and 2017.
Born on July 5th, 1929, Helmond died at the age of 89 from complications of Alzheimer’s disease at her home in Los Angeles.
9). Clark James Gable was born on September 20th, 1988 and died on
February 22nd, 2019. An actor, model and television presenter, Gable was
well known as a former host of television reality show “Cheaters”.
According to Wikipedia, Gable died after overdosing on “illicit fentanyl, oxycodone, and alprazolam”, at the age of 30.
10). Isaac Kappy died on the 13th of May, 2019 in Bellemont,
Arizona, USA. The actor was popular for the roles he played in “Thor”,
“Fanboys” and “Terminator Salvation”.
Born on February 17th, 1977 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, Kappy died at the age of 42.
The actor died a violent death after throwing himself off a bridge. He was then crushed by a speeding vehicle.
Before his death, he accused Hollywood personalities such as Tom
Hanks, Steven Speilberg, James Gunn, Kathie Griffith, and Seth Green of
engaging in pedophilia and satanic ritual abuse.
He deleted his entire Instagram history before posting a final suicide note.

11). American actress, Peggy Lipton became popular for her role in
the television series “The Mod Squad” which won her a Golden Globe Award
for Best Actress – Television Series Drama in 1970.
Born on the 30th of August, Lipton died on the 11th of May, 2019 in Los Angeles after battling with colon cancer.
12). Stefanie Sherk from Canada was born on January 9th, 1982.
Before her death, the actress was married to Oscar-nominated actor
Demián Bichir.
She’s best known for her role in the film, “Cuento de Circo & A Love Song”.
She died on April 20th, 2019 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
Sharing an emotional statement on Instagram, her husband, Bichir said
his late wife passed away peacefully.
He wrote: “Dear friends,
On behalf of the Sherk and the Bichir Nájera families, it is
with inconceivable pain that I announce that on April 20, 2019, our
dearest Stefanie Sherk, my beloved and loving wife, passed away
peacefully. It has been the saddest and toughest time of our lives and
we don’t know how much time it will take for us to overcome this pain.
Stefanie’s beautiful, angelical and talented presence will be immensely
missed. We will hold Stefanie in our hearts forever. We thank everybody
beforehand for their prayers and we respectfully ask for your
understanding so we may grieve in peace and privacy in these incredibly
difficult times. It is our sincerest hope that our beautiful Stefanie,
my angel and love of my life, will rest in eternal peace.”
However, a report of the investigation conducted by the Los Angeles
County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner revealed that Sherk’s
death was deemed a suicide, according to a report by Access.
13). Larry ‘Flash’ Jenkins Died on April 25, 2019 of a heart attack
in Los Angeles, California. He was aged 63. The American actor known
for his role in the film, “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” died after
suffering a heart attack.
He was also a film director, producer, and screenwriter. He was born on the 10th of May, 1955.
14). Berit Elisabeth Andersson was a Swedish actress who won Best
Actress Prize at the 1958 Cannes Film Festival and Silver Bear for Best
Actress at the 13th Berlin International Film Festival for her
performance in Vilgot Sjöman’s The Mistress.
The popular actress born on November 11th, 1935, had many films to
her credit and died on the 14th of April, 2019 at the age of 83. Before
her death, she had earlier suffered a stroke in 2009.
15). Denise DuBarry apart from being an actress, was also an
accomplished businesswoman. She co-founded Thane International Inc.
alongside her husband Bill Hay.
She won the Billboard Music Award for Best Music Instruction Video
as producer of “Play the Piano Overnight” in 1988 and also “Play the
Guitar Overnight” which won the 1991 Billboard Music Award for Best
Music Instruction.
She was 63 when she died at UCLA Medical Center on March 23, 2019 after contracting a rare Candida Auris.
16). Lisa Sheridan was an American actress born on December 5th,
1974. She is best known for playing the lead role in the 2018
independent film “Strange Nature”.
She also appeared in “Invasion” and “Halt and Catch Fire”.
According to autopsy report obtained by Radar Online, she died on
February 25th, 2019 as a result of chronic alcoholism and brain injury
she sustained from a fall at her home in New Orleans. She was 44 years.
