hehehehehe...........Two days after his resignation from the ruling APC, Atiku Abubakar seems to have kicked off his 2019 presidential campaign. 

The former Vice President tendered his resignation from APC citing maltreatment by the party and failure of the party to live up to the expectation of Nigerian youth.
