hehehehe.........President Buhari pictured receiving briefing ahead of his presentation at the General Debate at the 72nd Session of the United Nation General Assembly in New York today September 19th. The annual General Debate of the United Nations General Assembly is the occasion for world leaders to gather at UN Headquarters to discuss global issues.


President Buhari has been listed as the 8th speaker of the 193 Head of States and world leaders expected to address the General Debate.

The theme for this year’s debate is ‘Focusing on People: Striving for Peace and a Decent Life for All on a Sustainable Planet’. President Buhari will also join other world leaders at the welcoming reception to be hosted by UN secretary-general Antonio Guterres, and hold a bilateral meeting with the UN chief.
