This come weeks after the singer was ordered by a court to pay Kendu Isaacs $30,000 a month as spousal support. Kendu had initially requested for N125k a month

Last night, a pre-recorded video from Michelle Obama surprised audience members at the BET Awards ceremony in Los Angeles where she congratulated Chance the Rapper for receiving the network's prestigious humanitarian award. In the video, the former First Lady said;
"Chance is showing our young people that they matter, that they have something inside of them that is worthy of being expressed, and they have so much to contribute to their community and our country. I can think of no better legacy to leave, and I am thrilled to celebrate you here to tonight and honored to call you my friend.”
Chance TheRapper received the distinguished honor for his philanthropic achievements in Chicago, where both he and Mrs. Obama are from.
He is now the youngest ever recipient of the BET Humanitarian Award. Other artists to have received the honor include Muhammed Ali, Harry Belafonte, Alicia Keys and Wyclef Jean.
Members of the group, Xscape Future and his daughter, 21 Savage and his mother, Karrueche, Cardi B., French Montana, Tommie Lee, Mary J. Blige and a host of others graced the Grey Carpet at the BET Awards which took place last night. More photos abeg

The 2017 BET Awards has come and gone but the memories, highlights and controversies it created is still buzzing on social media.
Last night, Migos proved to be the new bad boys of hip hop by getting into two separate heated confrontations with rapper Joe Budden and singer Chris Brown over the course of the night.

 The confrontation began during a red carpet interview with Joe Budden and Migos conducted by radio host DJ Akademiks for Complex Magazine. The host asked a Migos group member 'Takeoff' about his role on their smash hit single.
Akademiks struggled to hear his response and asked him to repeat himself about three times, making things awkward. Clearly, the tense exchange irritated Joe Budden, who declared it was time to wrap up the interview, threw his microphone to the ground and angrily stormed off the set.

The Migos members then sprang into action, with all three leaping out of their seats and going chest-to-chest with Budden as people in the area stepped in to avert a physical brawl.

Budden has since posted the awkward interview on Instagram with the sarcastic caption “Had the pleasure of speaking with Migos.”
Ashad Khaled, the executive producer of his father, DJ Khaled recently released 'Grateful' album, wore a light blue tuxedo to the 2017 BET Award on Sunday. Rapper Gucci Mane also wore a similar outfit. Asahd who's yet to clock one also ‘performed’ with his dad at the BET Awards.

At the end of the performance with Quavo, Chance the Rapper and Lil Wayne to 'I’m the One', Asahd was later seen dancing with his mum wearing his ear protectors.
‘I did it for my son, I’m a father now,’ DJ Khaled said at the end of the performance.
