KIDNAPPERS AGAIN WRITE LETTER TO THIS SCHOOL.......WETIN DEY HAPPEN FOR NAIJA SEF

Tension in Lagos school over kidnappers’ letterchei...how did we get here as a Country ? Palpable tension has enveloped Lagos State Model College, Kankon, Badagry, after suspected kidnappers wrote the school and threatened to abduct students and staff.
This came on the heels of the continued hostage of the six students of the state Model College, Igbonla, Epe, who were abducted 29 days ago.

Parents of the abducted students yesterday expressed apprehension as the kidnapers continue to maintain silence.
The state Police Command yesterday kept mum over the alleged letter sent to the Lagos State Model College, Kankon, Badagry and failure to rescue those of Epe students.
The letter was said to have come from the same gang which abducted students of Model College, Igbonla.
Before the Epe abduction, the kidnappers had reportedly wrote a letter to the school, which was apparently ignored.
According to reports, the kidnappers in the letter sent to both the junior and senior sections of the college, threatened to abduct not just the students but also the staff.
The reads in part: “Kidnappers are visiting the school the same way we did at Igbonla, Epe. We are going to capture three pupils from senior school and three from junior school.
“We are kidnapping both principals. We are coming in two days’ time. No security put in place will stop us from gaining entry and fulfilling our mission as stated in this letter. Be expecting us!”
Meanwhile, the Parents Forum Chairman, Mr. Wale Alao, said the case had been reported to Area K Command, Badagry.
He said: “We have been trying to beef up security. The state government sent policemen and military personnel. The school also employed some vigilantes to secure the school, especially at night.
“I learnt that the deputy governor is aware. The school is a little bit far from the waterside, but we must not leave anything to chances.”
When contacted, the state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole, refused to speak on the issue.
At press time, he was yet to reply to a text message sent to his mobile phone.
Neither did he debunk nor confirm report.
