Gunmen JUST killed OUR medical doctor, Florence Onua, in Port Harcourt

Chei.......A medical Doctor, Florence Onua, has been shot dead by gunmen around GRA axis of Port Harcourt, the Rivers capital.
Dr. Onua was on her way home when the gunmen struck.

Until her death, Dr. Onua was a Consultant Family Physician at the Braithwaite Memorial Specialist Hospital, BMSH in Port Harcourt.

Public Relations of the Rivers state chapter of the Nigerian Medical Association, NMA, Justice Ohaka who confirmed the incident said the victim sustained several bullet wounds.
He disclosed that the Doctor died at the emergency ward of the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital, UPTH.

“This trend has become worrisome. For how long will Doctors continue to be targets in our society. The government has to do something about this,” he said.
Ohaka expressed worry that the killing of Onua happened when the Association is yet to know the whereabouts of another Doctor, Bob-Manuel Clark.
