hehehe...na wa o   oooo....This happened in Makurdi yesterday. According to the victim, she was in her car laughing when a Tiv man on a motorcycle got angry and unleashed violence on her threatening to kill her and show her Makurdi is his town.Thankfully, she was able to get him arrested.
