hehehe....Edo Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu has officially flagged off his campaign in Benin city.
The event took place on Monday, July 4, at Baptist Convention Ground, Benin City, Edo state.
Chief Ogbesia, who is also a member of the Caretaker Committee represented the chairman of the PDP national caretaker committee and presented the party to Ize-Iyamu to contest the Edo state 2016 gubernatorial election on the platform of the PDP.

Ize-Iyamu won the party’s primaries by a total of 584 votes to emerge winner, beating his closest rival, Matthew Iduoriyekemwen, who scored 91 votes, to come a distant second. The other candidate, Solomon Edebiri polled 38 votes to come third.
He was the secretary to the state government under the administration of one time governor, Chief Lucky Igbinedion.
Ize-Iyamu was previously a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and served as Director General of Adams Oshiomhole’s 2nd term Campaign Organisation.
