MUST READ....SEE List of Nursing Council Accredited Universities Offering PGDE Courses in Nigeria

Hehehe....The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria has released the list of Nigerian Universities Accredited to award Postgraduate Diploma in Edcation. in a circular dated 14th of April, 2016 and addressed to the Director of Nursing Services, Head of Departments of Nursing  Science, Cordinators of All post basic schools and provost/principals of all nursing schools and colleges, the regulatory body listed 39 schools in the country whose postgraduate diploma in education (PGDE) is acceptable for registration as a nurse tutor. Below are the list of the schools:

The circular stated that the National Universities Commission granted approval to Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State to commence the running of Postgraduate programme on 15th March, 2012. However, the approval was officially communicated to the University  on the 23rd of April, 2013. Consequently, the postgraduate Diploma in Education offered by the University is approved by the commission with effect from this date of approval.
