Elder statesman and a former Federal Commissioner for Information, Chief Edwin Clark, has said that all those who want to contest against President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015 are corrupt.
He said it was also wrong to accuse the President of not fighting corruption, saying corruption started during the military era.
“He didn’t start corruption. In fact, the military started it in the earnest,” he said.
Clark, who spoke at his Asokoro, Abuja residence on Wednesday, when he was visited by leaders of the South-South Peoples Democratic Party, said he had documents that would nail Jonathan opponents and that he would release them at the appropriate time.
He said it was wrong for anyone to think that Jonathan was not doing well, saying that no other President has done half of what the President has done in the history of this country.
