The Super Eagles have claimed their first three points in the race to qualify for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, after they defeated Seychelles 3-0 in Victoria on Saturday.
However, there was no danger of another upset against the tiny island nation, as Gernot Rohr’s men completely dominated the first half.
The Eagles went two goals up, after Kelechi Iheanacho’s free-kick came off the post and Chidozie Awaziem prodded home.
Odion Ighalo ended his barren run in front of goal from 12 yards, after the lively Samuel Kalu was fouled in the area.
