That fateful day, precisely on the evening of Wednesday, the 3rd of December 2015, there was  tension in Delta State  as soldiers laid siege to the  home of the Secretary Delta State Chapter and Leader of South South Region concerning the matter  of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).  As at when this report was filed , there  leader Ogbe Cyril Onyinye is yet to be found.

It was learnt that the soldiers arrived in his community yesterday barely 11 hours after the clash between the Federal Government Security Force and IPOB members . The issue is because of his stand on Biafria and the continued marginalization of his people by Nigeria.

According to eye witnesses in his community that survived the raid, he said that the storming of his house by the soldiers with about 10 armoured personnel carriers (APCs) and seven Hilux vans caused panic in the area, forcing shop owners to close immediately. They took his pregnant wife and some other people in his household, his house was also ransack and they carted away with his valuables  In addition , documents, his properties,  were confisticated,  and his cars driven away and declared wanted. It was a horrible scene that could send cold blood running down the spine of any human.

Nigerian Army caught torturing Biafra members in Aba

According to one of the Elderly men in the Quarter, Ogbe Cyril Onyinye is a philanthropist, who is fighting for the right of the people, and the army wants to terminate him by all means because of his stance on Biafra  . This is a man that lost all his Uncles during the 1967 Asaba Massacre. Sadly , he lost his father at an early age.
His father died due to  gun shot he sustained during that Asaba massacre . As if the haven that was let loose is not enough,   his pregnant wife was taken away and his mother is at the point of death. We have not heard from him and nobody knows if he is alive or death. It is a serious matter that should not be swept under the carpet.
The picture below shows how the people of the community was turned to animals ,drinking mud water. So sad.

Below are some of the pictures of the Biafra flag found in his house and some of his family that was arrested, the picture was taken by one of his neigbour from his hiding place and who prefer to remain  anonymous because of his safety.

A source disclosed how the trouble began: “getting to Asaba/Onitsha Head Bridge, the  unarmed IPOB people encountered an army check point which refused to allow them continue in their movement. This sparked off a quarrel as many other truckloads joined them.
During the ensuing confrontation, bullets began to go up, especially when the IPOB members attempted to force their way to run.

“At the checkpoint so many people were injured, some received head cuts, some were arrested and there were some who also lost their lives.”Pro-Biafra protest turns bloody in Aba
Information about the incident  spread to Onitsha, Enugu, Aba, , Port Harcourt in River State  and this infuriated members of the IPOB who poured into the streets and started destroying things and attacking security agents, including policemen on duty.
We are repeatedly stating this...........  Ogbe Cyril Onyinye is fighting for the right of our people and the army wants to kill him by all means because of his stance on poverty on our people caused by the government of the day. For him not to be killed,  Ogbe Cyril Onyinye has ran away and he is no where to be found up till this moment. PHOTOS: Police Kills Seven During Pro-Biafra Rally

The Ohaneze Ndigbo said that if the alleged act of intimidation is not discontinued immediately, they would be left with no alternative than to “conclude that this is a containment policy aimed at the Igbos to intimidate our people from freely expressing their anger  at their marginalisation and treatment as second class citizens
