HEHE...............Man caught while using wire to steal from a tithe box in Port Harcourt

A thief who took his skill to the church was caught red-handed, while using a wire to steal from a tithe box.

The thief who was caught stealing from the tithe box of St. Marks Anglican Church, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, uses wire with a gum at its tip to steal. It was gathered that he had only managed to steal N500 before being caught.
The suspect who had been stealing from several churches before running out of luck yesterday, was prayed for by the Vicar of the church. Facebook user, Ezekiel Tamunominabo West who shared the report wrote;

Earlier this morning in St marks Anglican Church a man was caught stealing from the tithe box in the church alter…. Which at the end it was 500 Naira he ended getting from the box, from investigation the young man has been doing this in several churches in town he used a long constructed wire and inserted a gum to dip into the tithe box as it was locked with padlock.
The vicar of the church prayed for this young man who claimed to have been stealing in the church several times… They say one day for the thief and one day for the owner.

Few weeks ago, the Lagos State Police dragged a 20- year-old man, Udeh Emmanuel, before an Apapa Magistrate’s Court for allegedly stealing N90, 000.00 offering and tithe money belonging to the Arch-Angel Catholic Church, Abule Ado, Satelite Town, Lagos State.

The accused person was said to have stolen the money and escaped, but was later apprehended by policemen attached to the Satellite Town Police Station. In a two-count charge preferred against the accused person, the prosecutor, Benedict Aigbokhan, told the court that Emmanuel, “did steal the tithe and offering money (cash) N90, 000,00 , property of Arch Angel Catholic Church Abule Ado, Satellite Town, Lagos, and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 287 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State, 2015.”
