The funniest aspect is that same Buhari sent condolence message to the family in 2016.Niigerians aren't finidng it funny that President Buhari is appointing dead people.
In his largest set of appointments since assuming office President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday appointed 209 board chairmen and 1,258 board members.

Either Buhari
didn't vet the suitability of his own appointees or he didn't make the
relevant appointments himself. Any way you slice the appointment of
deceased persons, President Buhari is grossly incompetent.
