FIFA, UEFA set to intervene in Neymar’s move from Barcelona to PSG

hehehehe.....Neymar and Paris Saint-Germain are set to ask FIFA, to intervene after La Liga rejected the €222million payment for his release clause.
According to Marca, the league’s governing body has no legal right to reject the payment and it is thought this is more political gesturing than any real stumbling block to the transfer.

La Liga chief, Javier Tebas, has already confirmed they will report PSG to UEFA for breaking Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules.
Tebas also wants to protect Spain’s top clubs.
Neymar’s transfer is worth around £450m in wages and fees.
La Liga is understood to have pointed out that under its regulations, only Spanish clubs have the guaranteed right to buy out a contract.

However, the league body would not be able to reject the money, if Neymar himself turned up to pay it.
