Cape Verde Islands (33), Algeria (36), Ghana (41), Senegal (45), Tunisia (48) and Congo (54) to complete the top seven nations."Belgium (1,491pts) retains their number one spot in the world and the top five is completed by Argentina (1,455pts), Spain (1,370pts), Germany (1,347pts) and Chile (1,293pts).
