Hehhe....A Federal Capital Territory High Court, Maitama, Abuja on Monday granted bail to the immediate past National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, and others who along with him are facing charges of diversion of about N13bn meant for procurement of arms.Justice Peter Affen, in a ruling, granted bail to Dasuki and others in the sum of N250m with two sureties in like sum.One of the sureties that each of the accused persons must produce, will also have to tender title documents of N250m worth of property which the court ordered must be valued by a registered estate valuer.Other accused, who the court granted bail along with Dasuki, are a former Director of Finanance and Administration in the Office of the NSA, Shuaibu Salisu; a former Governor of Sokoto State, Attahiru Bafarawa, his son, Sagir Attahiru; a firm Dalhatu Investmentand and a former Minister of State for Finance, Bashir Yuguda.Among other conditions, the accused persons are expected to deposit thier passport with the court.The judge fixed February 2 and 3 for trial.
