Kelechi Iheanacho will not leave Manchester City on loan.
A
source close to the player, told CompleteSports, that the Nigerian
youngster will remain with the former Premier League champions ahead of
the new season.
Iheanacho has obtained his work permit and is eligible to play in England.
City
have already sent out Jack Byrne, Seko Fofana, Angelino, Enes Unal and
Olivier Ntcham, to get experience elsewhere, but Iheanacho looks set to
stay.
“The picture is now getting clearer, he (Kelechi)
is looking more likely to stay at Manchester City,” the source, who
works closely with Iheanacho, claimed.
“He is involved in every session with the first team players and that has been encouraging for the player.”
