CSKA were beaten 2-1 in the first leg of the tie played in Portugal and needed to get a good result in the return leg.
It did not start according to plan, as the visitors took the lead against the run of play in the 36th minute through Teofilo Gutierrez.
Seydou Doumbia drew CSKA level four minutes after the break. Musa broke the offside trap to lay on a pass for Doumbia to get his second in the 72nd minute, before he squeezed in the all-important goal himself with five minutes left.
