Thank God....The Court of Arbitration (CAS) has overturned Morocco’s ban from the 2017 and 2019 editions of the Africa Cup of Nations, imposed by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
CAF decided to punish Morocco for pulling out of hosting the 2015 tournament, by suspending them from the next two editions.

The North African country, who withdrew because of fears over Ebola, lodged a complaint at CAS and have had the ban overturned.
“The CAS Panel has upheld the appeal in a large proportion,” a statement read.
“The sanctions imposed by the CAF on the FRMF have been set aside, with the exception of the fine, which is however reduced to $50,000 (€45,000).
“The disqualification of the Moroccan team from the CAN 2015 is final”, it added.
Equatorial Guinea replaced Morroco as the hosts for the 2015 edition.
