The Flying Eagles have already beaten Senegal 3-1 in the opening match of the tournament, with Taiwo Awoniyi netting a brace.
It is the first time a Senegalese team will reach the final of a major continental competition, since the Africa Cup of Nations in 2002, when they lost to Cameroon on penalties.
Ghana will play Mali in the third-place game.
