Congrats to them....The Golden Eaglets of Nigeria booked their place in the semi-finals of the ongoing 2015 African Youth Championship in Niger with a 3-1 victory over Zambia in the last Group A game.
The team led by Emmanuel Amuneke had beaten hosts Niger in the first game, drew Guinea in the second before the clash on Saturday.
Guinea
finished second in the group despite a 2-1 defeat in the hands of
Niger; they qualified via a four point advantage secured on the first
and second match.
A goal from Eaglets captain, Kelechi Nwakali and brace by Victor Osimhen ensured that Nigeria reached the last four, booking their place in the U-17 World Youth Championship.
