In 2020, Godwin Obaseki, the PDP Edo governorship candidate disrespected the Oba of Benin by wearing a cap in the Oba's presence. Abubakar Atiku, the PDP's presidential candidate committed the same sacrilege during a visit Saturday. Why is it that the PDP never learns?
