HEHEHE............Throwback to when El Rufai described Kaduna curfew as a 'violation of human rights'

Kaduna state governor, Nasir El Rufai has imposed a curfew in the state following renewed outbreak of violence. Back in 2011 when he was an opposition politician, he criticised the curfew as a 'violation of human rights'.
