hehehehe...........According to Facebook user, Cecilia Dikibo, the elderly man pictured above was apprehended after he raped a 10 year old girl in Ahoda, a community in Rivers state. The accused is said to be the chairman of the Parents Teachers Association of the Girls School, Ahoada.
