Why Danjuma must apologize to Army – Dabai

A retired military officer, Colonel Samaila Dabai has urged his former boss, General T. Y. Danjuma (retd), to withdraw his recent statement in which he accused the Army of colluding with terrorists.
Samaila-Danjuma Dabai, who is currently the Deputy Governor of Kebbi State, stated this while speaking to journalists in his office in Birnin Kebbi.

He labelled Danjuma’s comments as “unfortunate” and said those trained by him “are not happy”.
“I was trained by him. It is very unfortunate that he made this unfortunate comment.
“Those of us trained by him are not happy.
“Danjuma should have met with President Muhammadu Buhari in private on the security situation in the country or call the present Chief of Army Staff,” Dabai said.
Dabai also called on the General to rethink his statement ‘against his boys and apologise’.
