NA WA OOOO..............Hours after President Buhari's departure, armed men attack Plateau community, kill 10

Hours after President Buhari departed the state after concluding his two day working visit, armed men yesterday attacked the rural settlements in Daffo District of Bokkos Local Government, Plateau State, killing 10 persons.  Among those killed include five women, four men and an infant

The gunmen were said to have invaded the villages in the local government and opened fire on the residents, destroying houses. Most of the victims were rushed to the hospital where they were confirmed dead.
Mr Danjuma Wabas, the Councillor representing Daffo District in the Bokkos Local Government Council, who confirmed the attack, said that the deceased persons have been given a mass burial.
